Profiteroles


Ingredients:
          250 ml water 
          2 tsp sugar 
          60 gm butter
          4 whole eggs
          130 gm plain flour


Step 1. Over a low heat, bring to boil water, salt, and butter. 
Step 2. Add in flour and whisk until it non stick at the pan. Set aside until cool. 
Step 3. In a mixing bowl, mix step 2 with add in eggs one by one. Mix until well mixed. 
Step 4. Place the mixture in a piping bag. Pipe into smooth sized balls. 
Step 5. Cook for 30 minutes in a preheated oven 180oc. 
Step 6. Serve whit whipped cream and garnish with chocolate.
