
Some people like their pizza with a load of cheese.
Others like it with less.
Ingredients:
450 gm Bread flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Caster sugar
7 gm Dried yeast
300 ml Warm water
2 tbsp Olive oil
Topping
Chopped garlic
Mozzarella
Olive oil
Cooked chicken sliced
Step 1. Sift flour into a bowl. Add in salt, sugar, yeast, water, and oil. Mix by your hand. If needed add in water or flour.
Step 2. On a floured table, pull and punch the dough using your hand for 5 minutes to get it soft and elastic.
Step 3. Leave and cover with towel the dough in a warm place till doubled in size.
Step 4. Sit dough on board, cut into 4. Roll and stretch each out thinly for bases. Lay on non-stick pizza trays and leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
Step 5. Preheat in oven 190oc for about 12 minutes.
Step 6. Brush pizza bases with oil and spread with mozzarella and garlic. Sprinkle with little bit of salt and bake for 12 minutes till top cheese melted.
Step 7. Serve with salad.
