Fruits Puff Pastry Dessert

The puff pastry dessert, just like anything with puff pastry, this recipe is very easy.
Enjoy it with a cup of hot tea and a scoop of ice cream!

Ingredients:

1 nos Kiwi, cored and thinly sliced (unpeeled)
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup honey or peanut
Powdered sugar or ice cream, optional

Method:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Unfold puff pastry sheet and cut it in half down the center .
Step 2. Brush or spread the puff pastry with the warm honey or peanut.
Step 3. Mix the kiwi slices and place them along the length of the puff pastry, overlapping over each other.
Step 4. Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, until pastry has puffed up and is golden brown around the edges.
Step 5. Remove from the oven.
Step 6. Garnish and drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
